If there was any chance of me voting for Giuliani in 2008 (very slim to start with), this killed it.

Guiliani is twice as insane, and has half the moral conscience of Bush and Cheney combined.
No wonder all the D.C. pundits and cable-TV talk show hosts are on his side.

He's a one-trick pony. Once you get past 9/11, there is not much substance there. The unions in NYC hated him when he was mayor over here (I live close by in CT). He was very divisive on racial issues, especially when the NYPD was involved. I would vote for an independent Michael Bloomberg before I ever considered voting for Giuliani.

Yeah, out of all the endorsements flying the past few days, this is the one that is truly bizarre. The RR is more interested in keeping their political clout than saving face.
